Yes. Every generation, upload, Cast member and custom model is private by default. Nothing becomes public unless you publish it to the Gallery or share a link.

Who can see your work, who owns it, and how long we keep it.
No. We never train models on your uploads or creations. We send your prompt and inputs to the model you chose only to create your result.
You own your inputs and, to the extent the law allows, your outputs. We only use them to run the service for you, and, if you publish, to show them in the Gallery.
Yes, if you had a Canvas, Pro, Atelier, Teams, Business or Enterprise plan when you created them. Free and Sketch outputs are for personal use. Each asset records which licence applies, and upgrading later does not change it for existing outputs.
- Never paid (Free or trial only): deleted 7 days after creation.
- Paid (subscribed, or holding purchased credits): kept.
- After a subscription ends: kept for 14 days, with e-mail reminders 7 days and 1 day before deletion.
- Published to the Gallery: kept until you unpublish.
Free-credit outputs carry a visible Inkwisp watermark. Where the file format allows, every output also carries invisible C2PA "AI-generated" metadata, so platforms can recognise AI content. Please don’t remove either.
Your post becomes visible to everyone. You choose whether to show the prompt and settings and whether others can Remix it. Posts must pass our content checks first. You can unpublish at any time.
