Plans & billing
Choosing a plan, upgrading, cancelling and paying.
Yearly plans cost the same as 10 months — two months free — and are billed once a year up front. Your credits still refill every month on your billing day, and monthly credits don’t roll over on either option.
The upgrade applies straight away. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period, and you receive the new plan’s full monthly allowance at once. It replaces the subscription credits left from your old plan; pack and Extra Credits are not affected. The higher parallel-generation limit also applies immediately.
A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. Until then you keep your current credits and features. Extra Credits beyond what the new plan allows are cancelled at renewal.
Go to Account → Plan & billing → Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Private creations are deleted 14 days after your paid period ends, unless you still hold purchased credits. Download anything you want to keep.
- Plans and packs: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, through Stripe.
- Credit packs in India: UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, in rupees, through Razorpay.
We don’t accept cryptocurrency. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach us.
Receipts are e-mailed after every payment. Invoices, and your saved payment method, are under Account → Plan & billing → Payment method & invoices. Prices are shown including tax.
Extra Credits is a monthly add-on for Canvas, Pro and Atelier. Each unit adds 5,000 credits a month, and you can choose up to 40 units. Changes apply from your next billing cycle. Add-on credits carry over for up to 12 months while you stay subscribed.
Credits from failed or cancelled generations come back automatically. Plan and pack payments are covered by our Refund Policy, including the 7-day window for an accidental yearly purchase.
