Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing whenever you like. Your plan and credits stay until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
No. Plan credits refill on your billing date and don’t roll over. Extra Credits carry over for 12 months while you’re subscribed, and pack credits last 12 months on any plan.
Yearly costs ten months’ price for twelve and is billed up front. Your credits still refill every month on your billing day.
Extra Credits add 5,000 credits a month for $15 per unit, on Canvas and above. Changes apply from your next billing cycle, and they’re cancelled automatically if you cancel or move to Sketch.
The new plan starts straight away and your billing date moves to today. You pay the new plan’s price, less a credit for the unused time on your current plan, get the new plan’s full monthly credits at once (they replace what’s left of your current plan’s credits), and the higher parallel limit applies immediately.
A downgrade starts at your next renewal, and you keep your current credits and features until then. When a plan ends, its credits expire and private creations are kept for 14 days before they’re deleted. Pack credits stay.
Yes, automatically. We hold the cost when a run starts and only charge for what’s delivered. Failed, timed-out and blocked runs release their credits at once, and partial results are charged only for what arrived.
Plans and packs aren’t refundable except where the law requires it. If you bought a yearly plan by mistake, ask within 7 days and we’ll refund it as long as you’ve used no more than 10 % of its credits.
On Canvas, Pro and Atelier, yes: what you create while subscribed carries a commercial licence. Sketch and Free are for personal use. A few models have stricter terms, shown in the model picker.
Only outputs made with free trial credits carry a small Inkwisp watermark. Anything paid for with plan or pack credits downloads clean.
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link through Stripe. In India, packs can be paid in rupees with UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. Prices include tax.
