Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Techcible for using Inkwisp: accounts, credits, plans, what you own, what you may create, and how we resolve problems.
The short version
- You must be 18 or older to use Inkwisp.
- You own your inputs and, to the extent the law allows, your outputs. We never train models on your uploads or creations.
- Commercial use needs an active Canvas, Pro, Atelier, Teams, Business or Enterprise plan when you create the output. Free and Sketch are for personal use.
- Every run shows its credit cost before it starts. If a generation fails, the credits it held come back automatically.
- Credits are not money: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire as described in section 5.
- Some content is never allowed, including sexual content, anything involving minors, and deceptive use of real people. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.

1. About these Terms
Inkwisp is an AI creation studio for images, video, voice, music and characters. It is operated by Techcible ([legal entity name], [company registration number], [registered address]) ("Techcible", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Techcible for your use of the Inkwisp website at inkwisp.ai, the Inkwisp Studio, Inkwisp Connect, the inkwisp command-line tool and any related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, or by using the Service, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you use Inkwisp on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it, and "you" includes that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
A signed order form or enterprise agreement with Techcible takes precedence over these Terms where the two conflict.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You confirm this when you sign up.
- Give accurate information and keep it current. You must verify your e-mail address before any credits are granted to your account.
- Keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once at support@inkwisp.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One free trial per person and per device. Creating extra accounts to collect free credits, referral rewards or promotions is not allowed.
- You may not sell, rent or share your account, or resell access to the Service, without our written agreement.
3. The Service
Inkwisp gives you access to AI models, many of them built and hosted by third-party providers, behind one account, one credit wallet and one Library. We choose, add, update, re-price and retire models and tools over time. A model can become temporarily unavailable when its provider is down, and we may change or discontinue features.
AI output is generated automatically. It can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other people’s outputs, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing an output before you rely on it, publish it or use it commercially.
Generations run on our servers and continue if you close the tab. Your creations appear in your Library when they finish.
4. Prices are shown before every run
Before a generation starts, Inkwisp shows its price in credits. When you start it, we hold that amount. When the result is saved, we capture only what was delivered and release the rest. We never capture more than the price you were shown.
- If a generation fails, times out, is refused by the provider, or is cancelled before it starts, the full hold is released automatically.
- If only part of a request is delivered (for example 3 of 4 images), you pay only for what was delivered.
- Video is billed on the seconds actually delivered, never more than the quoted length.
- The number of credits a model or setting needs may change. A change never affects a run you already started.
5. Credits
Credits are a limited, revocable licence to use the Service. They are not money, not a deposit and not property. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold, transferred or combined between accounts, except where the law requires otherwise.
Spending order. Each run spends the credits that expire soonest first. Credits that never expire are spent last. Because free credits usually expire first, they are usually spent first, which decides whether an output carries a watermark (section 9).
Credits expire at the end of their validity and cannot be restored after expiry. If a payment is reversed or disputed, the credits from that order are removed, even if this makes your balance negative, and we may freeze your credits until the matter is resolved.
6. Plans, billing and renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Yearly plans are billed up front and still refill credits every month.
- Your monthly allowance is granted when the payment for the period succeeds, on your billing date.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge the prorated difference and grant the new plan’s full monthly allowance at once; it replaces the remaining subscription credits of the old plan.
- Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. You keep your current plan’s credits and features until then.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- If a renewal payment fails, we retry for up to 7 days. Your features stay on, but no new monthly credits are granted until the payment succeeds. If it does not succeed, the subscription ends.
- Prices are shown including applicable taxes unless the checkout page says otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe and, for Indian rupee payments, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.
- We may change plan prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
7. Refunds
Credits held by a failed or cancelled generation are returned automatically. Subscription and pack payments are not refundable except as set out in the Refund Policy or where the law requires it. The Refund Policy is part of these Terms.
8. Your content and what you own
"Inputs" are the prompts, images, video, audio, voice samples, training images and other material you give us. "Outputs" are what the Service generates for you. Together they are "Your Content".
- You own your Inputs, and as between you and Techcible, you own your Outputs to the extent the law allows. We assign to you any rights we may have in your Outputs.
- You give Techcible a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content only to provide, secure and support the Service for you, for example to send your prompt to the model you chose, create previews and thumbnails, and show your Library.
- When you publish an output to the Gallery, you also allow us to display it publicly on Inkwisp, show its prompt and settings if you chose to share them, and let other users open its settings with Remix inside Inkwisp. You can unpublish at any time; this ends the licence for future display.
- We never train AI models on your uploads or creations. We send your Inputs to model providers only to produce the result you asked for, under terms that limit what they may do with them.
- Everything you create is private by default. Nothing is public unless you publish it or share a link.
- Outputs are generated by AI and may not be protected by copyright in every country. Other users may receive outputs similar to yours, and you have no claim over theirs.
You confirm that you have all the rights and permissions needed for your Inputs, including the consent of any person whose image, likeness or voice you use, and that your Inputs and your use of the Outputs do not break the law or anyone’s rights.
9. Commercial use, watermarks and provenance
Commercial use of an output requires an active Canvas, Pro, Atelier, Teams, Business or Enterprise plan at the time the output was created. We record this on each asset as a personal or commercial licence. Outputs created on Free or Sketch are for personal, non-commercial use only. Upgrading later does not change the licence of outputs you already created; re-run them on an eligible plan if you need commercial rights.
Some models carry stricter terms from their providers. When a model has such a restriction, we show a note in the model picker, and that note applies to its outputs. We do not offer models whose licence forbids use in a service like Inkwisp.
Outputs funded fully or partly by free credits (trial or daily credits) carry a visible Inkwisp watermark when downloaded or shared. Outputs funded entirely by paid credits do not. Where the file format allows, every output also carries C2PA "AI-generated" provenance metadata. You must not remove, crop, obscure or alter a watermark, or strip provenance metadata.
Do not present AI-generated content as real where that could mislead people, and follow the disclosure rules of the platforms and places where you publish it.
10. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no sexual content or nudity; nothing involving minors; no non-consensual or deceptive use of a real person’s likeness or voice; no hate, harassment, violence, gore or illegal activity; and no infringement of other people’s intellectual property. You must not try to get around our safety systems, overload or attack the Service, scrape it, or access it by automated means other than Inkwisp Connect, the inkwisp CLI or an API we provide.
Tools that work with real people (Face Swap, Cast, Lip Sync, Motion Sync, Replace Character, Voice Clone) ask you to confirm that you have the right and the person’s consent. We refuse images of minors and of protected public figures in these tools.
11. Gallery, comments and other users
The public Gallery is always safe for work. Published content must pass our content checks, and we may hold, hide or remove any public content, comment or profile, and restrict an account, when we believe it breaks these Terms or the law. Use Report on any post, comment or profile to tell us about a problem.
You are responsible for what you publish and for your interactions with other users. We are not responsible for content that other users publish.
12. Our intellectual property and feedback
The Service, including its software, design, the Inkwisp name and logo, and the content we provide (other than Your Content), belongs to Techcible and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to our trademarks or brand. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
13. Third-party models and services
Many models on Inkwisp are provided by third parties, and some features rely on third-party services such as payment processors and Google sign-in. Their availability is outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services you choose to use, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
14. Storage, retention and deletion
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Download anything you want to keep. We may keep data longer where the law requires it or to handle a legal claim. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; see the Privacy Policy for what we keep afterwards.
15. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Inkwisp and delete your account at any time. Cancel any subscription first, because deleting an account does not by itself refund a payment.
We may suspend or close your account, freeze your credits, or remove content if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we are required to by law, if your payment is disputed, or if your use creates risk or harm for Inkwisp, other users or anyone else. Where appropriate we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. Serious violations, such as content that sexualises minors, lead to immediate closure and a report to the authorities.
If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period. Credits forfeited because of a breach of these Terms are not refunded.
16. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any output will be accurate, unique, lawful to use in every place, or protected by intellectual-property rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Techcible is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
18. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Techcible against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms or the law. If you are a consumer, this applies only to the extent permitted by the law of your country. Intellectual-property indemnification from Techcible is available only to Enterprise customers under a signed agreement.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by e-mail or in the product before they take effect. If you keep using Inkwisp after that, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel and stop using the Service before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [city], India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the next sentence. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law gives you the right to bring a claim at home or to rely on its mandatory consumer protections, you keep that right.
Before starting a formal claim, please contact us at legal@inkwisp.ai so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
